proper credit is an obligation
i, ahsia (the artist):- retain copyrights over the commissioned artwork
- will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you break any of the terms
- reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolioyou (the client):- may upload the commissioned artwork on any unmonetized social medias
- may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to pod-services, make prints, etc.)
- may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes
- may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent
- retain the rights to the intellectual property
- obligated to properly credit me
